Our referral agency was Heart to Heart out of Minnesota. They took our money ($7500) and right after the money was wired to Ukraine the 2 children that we had hosted 3 times in 3 years all of a sudden were no longer adoptable - they had been sent to foster care. We are still trying to get our money back. Please beware of unethical people and scams. Your heart gets sucked in because the children you host are so wonderful, and it seems all the while in the background its merely a money making scam.
