I listed the primary Ukrainian adoption email lists here.

There are some additional email lists (Christian, Expat, Older Children, State Based) that are Ukrainian adoption focused or of interest to families adopting from Ukraine here.

All the email lists below are for post adoption or if you are hosting a child.

ukrainepostadoptionsupport is:

a group for those who have adopted from Ukraine. Here you will be able to discuss post adoption issues and find other parents who adopted from the same orphanage/region as you did.

Regional email lists are based on where you adopted from.

You could mention the EEAC lists, PEP-L (Post-Adoption School-Aged Children) and PABT-L (Post-Adoption Babies and Toddlers), as well as their Ukraine-L list. You have listed a lot of groups in your past few posts so you might have included these, but they are open to anyone who's adopted from Eastern Europe. I have found the PEP list to be especially helpful if one is dealing with any "issues" surrounding adoption.
They can be accessed here: http://www.eeadopt.org/

I did mention the UKRAINE-L on http://ukraine.adoptionblogs.com/weblogs/list-of-ukrainian-adoption-email-lists

I really don't like the personal politics or the over moderation on EEAC's email lists.

Maybe it has gotten better since I left EEAC's email lists.
