Part 1 is found
here.
Ukraine is the same as the United States. When you have no job skills, finding a job and supporting yourself is difficult to impossible. So many teenagers turn to prostitution and crime to feed themselves. They are adults at 16 years of age with few options or support system.
My brief relationship with Luda is why I sponsor a young man named
Andrey Tokarchuk for $40 per month (for a total of 12 months) through life2orphans.org.
The students who decide to participate in the Vocational Training Project have to comply with the following requirements:
- present written confirmation of their enrollment into the program and copies of their grades after each semester
- attend monthly life skills training and group meetings
- participate in group activities organized by the Graduate Support Center

SPONSOR
If $40.00 a month is too much, life2orphans has a project to
Sponsor a Bedridden Orphan Project for $10 per month.
There is another inexpensive option ... the
Help An Orphan Project. You send a letter and 2 care packages to your assigned child during the year.
The Help An Orphan Project is intended to encourage others to have a very personal impact on a child in one of the Life2Orphans orphanages.

If you are interested in helping an orphan attend college there is the
Help Us Help The Children (HUHTC) Scholarship Program. It is $80 per month for 1 year. Maybe you could split a sponsorship with a friend.
Anyone want to split one? Email me at adoptukraineblog@adoptionmail.com. I know that life2orphans is having a hard time finding sponsors for all the children who want to attend college.
If you have questions or are interested in sponsoring a young adult/teenagers email Kelly at kellys@life2orphans.org.
------------
If you are wondering what happen to Luda from
part 1... I asked for Luda's orphanage address. My mother and I sent Luda one care package before she left the orphanage. I don't know what happened to her after that. If she is still alive, she is 22 years of age.
