I am so tired which is why I haven’t been blogging much this month and last month. I am doing a favor for a single Dad. He wasn’t able to get affordable child care for his daughter.
So I am watching the daughter (along with my darling daughter) in the morning before school. This means I get up at 6:30AM.
I really am not a morning person. And I really haven’t adjusted to getting up so early.
Also I am getting over a sinus infection. Ugh…. I have experienced too many sinus infections in my life.
But I have been reading the various blogs…
The Diddles in Ukraine for their 13th day and still no court. They are adopting a boy they met via a pen pal program. I wonder if it was this program or this program?
Amy (Starbucks Loving Mommy) has only 5 days left before she is coming home from Ukraine with her darling daughter. I believe they had court on 9/25/06. Yeah Amy..
Karen and William Dix had their appointment at the SDA on September 18. They haven’t blogged since September 20. They have a picture of the SDA and a very good description of the Ukrainian child referral process.
Kristi & Tad moved from old blog to new blog. Getting ready to travel. Registered Sept 19 2005 so they have only been waiting a year.
The Nolte family’s blog is always fun to read. They are adopting their daughter’s siblings from Crimea. Alyssa (adopted from Ukraine in a prior trip) is traveling with her parents. I loved the story about “tug of war” with the “rope”.
